Starting in the IT and Communications industry in 1972 as a Transmission Network Engineer and Technical Trainer, moving into 'Quality, Systems, and Strategy' in 1986 as a Business Analyst, Project, and Quality Improvement Manager. Leaving BT to start 'Quality ITC Consultants' (QITC).

Providing Business analyst, Solution, and Technical Authoring services via 'QITC' since 1994.

·          Project managing the budget and development of Automatic Loopback Equipment systems (ALES).
