skilled technical professional with a first class track record as a Business
Analyst, Development Project manager, Technical Author, Quality Author, and a
certified company Quality Auditor.
Originally
a BT Transmission Network Engineer and Trainer, then Business Analyst, and
Project Manager for BT Private Services 'Quality, Systems, and Strategy'. I
left BT in 1994 to start my own limited company documenting hardware and
software solutions for the Telecommunications and IT industry for clients such
as Alcatel, Hewlett Packard, Ionica etc. I continue to use my Business Analyst
skills to help companies develop their core procedures, processes and local
work instructions, and carry out Internal Company quality audits for clients
such as Call Out Services, Aculab, and CACHE.

test engineers.
