The Little Bookshop is now taking donations on behalf of the Food Bank. We have recently become an official collection point. Donations received will be collected from the shop weekly by the Food Bank and taken to their centre from where it will be distributed to those in need.

Many of our customers want to donate food, but it can be difficult to get into the city. Now anyone can easily pop in to us at Great Linford local centre and leave their donations with us. And being round the corner from the Co-op, it's very handy. As a community Bookshop, we are pleased to be able to help those in need.

John Marshall, Project Manager at the Milton Keynes Food Bank commented:

"At a time of increasing need, we are very grateful for any help we can get at different locations around Milton Keynes".

Milton Keynes Food Bank can be contacted at 01908 322800 or via their website www.mkfoodbank.org.uk.
